Ron Griffin is a social entrepreneur and the co-founder of a family of organizations dedicated to a movement of people coming together to change the world.
 

To this end, Ron has created The Chance Project (TCP), a charitable organization dedicated to helping to lift more than people out of poverty in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Locally, in the United States, TCP supports comprehensive early learning and ending homelessness programs across Southern California. He is also the co-founder of Pathways Network, a pioneering social enterprise, the profits from which help sustain the work of the charitable organization.
